Job Requirements:
✅ University degree in Civil Engineering – an advantage
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution, on similar projects
✅ Proven technical expertise demonstrated through previous projects
✅ Experience in industrial projects is an advantage
✅ English language skills – intermediate/advanced level
✅ Good computer skills – MS Office
✅ Category B driving licence
✅ Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned projects from the design stage through to final acceptance of the works
- Lead and coordinate the team of construction engineers
- Allocate and manage project budgets
- Plan, prepare and monitor construction execution schedules
- Continuously monitor on-site activities, compliance with deadlines and quality standards
- Identify optimization solutions and manage unforeseen situations arising during projects
