We are looking for new team members to join our construction site operations in Bucharest – Drumul Taberei.
Are you a Building Services Engineer with on-site experience? Then we need you!
Requirements:
We have a place ready for you on our team if:
✅ You have a technical university degree (Building Services Engineering / Building Installations);
✅ You have basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D (basic level – not for design purposes);
✅ You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar construction execution role;
✅ You have a practical approach, make quick decisions and solve problems efficiently;
✅ You are proficient in MS Office and well-organized in everything you do.
Strong knowledge of planning and organizing installation activities
Responsibilities:
What will you do with us?
- You will supervise HVAC, plumbing and fire protection (firefighting) installation works carried out by our own teams and/or subcontractors;
- You will maintain communication with clients on site;
- You will be responsible for the quality of the works and compliance with the project requirements and construction schedule;
- You will prepare work progress statements and provide accurate information regarding the status of the works;
- You will contribute to the preparation of the Construction Record Book together with the Technical Execution Manager (RTE) and the Site Supervisor.
